Article on Panel Discussion Published in the Japan Metal Stamping Association "NewsLetter"

On April 17, a panel discussion was held as part of the “Metal Stamping Technology Exhibition 2025,” which took place at Tokyo Big Sight.

Our Vice President, Isao Kuno, participated as a panelist and engaged in a discussion on the challenges currently facing the manufacturing industry, with the theme “Stability Amid Uncertainty.”
Topics included how to respond to unexpected events arising from innovation, how to maintain technological capabilities and motivation, and approaches to business investment.
From the perspectives of responding to electrification and automation, as well as developing human resources, each panelist shared their views on production planning and management strategy.

The session concluded with the proposition that, especially in uncertain times, leaders must possess the strength to foresee the future and proactively move toward it.
