An Article on the Visit to “STATION Ai” Was Published in the Die & Mold Newspaper

The Eagle Association, comprised of young executives from the Japan Die & Mold Industry Association, organized a visit to “STATION Ai,” one of Japan’s largest open innovation hubs, along with an exchange meeting with startup companies.

Kuno, our Vice President who also serves as the chairman of the Eagle Association, stated in his greeting, “I hope that interactions with startups will spark new chemical reactions.”

“STATION Ai” is divided into a members-only zone equipped with private offices and coworking spaces, and a public zone featuring cafés, restaurants, and a hotel. Leveraging its prime location adjacent to Tsuruma Park, the facility fosters an environment that encourages encounters and collaboration among tenant companies and visitors.

Following the tour, die & mold manufacturers introduced their companies, and startup firms gave presentations, providing a valuable opportunity for information exchange. As new initiatives such as market development and business creation become increasingly important in the die & mold industry, we look forward to seeing how engagement with startups will drive future change.
