The new Toyoake Factory has been completed!

The new Toyoake Factory has been designed to evolve from traditional factories, providing a stylish and worker-friendly environment with a focus on manufacturing next-generation automobile parts. Even in these rapidly changing times, we are dedicated to securing orders for products designed for the future by utilizing the latest press technologies. In addition to advancements in mold technology and facility development, we are also collaborating with our affiliate company, Microlink, on the IoT integration of facilities and personnel, as well as various business digital transformations (DX).

Key operations at the new factory include the assembly of cooling circuits for motor housings using fiber laser welding technology, cleaning and welding assembly for ECU housings for EVs and hybrid vehicles, and advanced press processing.
