German company Bitzer visited our company to learn about Kuno Kinzoku Industry's management methods.

On April 16th, 13 executives from Germany traveled all the way to Kuno Kinzoku Industry to learn about the introduction of IoT, production methods and improvement activities, employee development and education, and management policies.

Interestingly, it seems that privately-owned family businesses in Germany share similarities with Japanese management practices, and learning from Japanese companies is greatly beneficial in Germany.

Following a tour of the Tokoname and Toyake factories conducted in English, a question and answer session was held where lively discussions took place on topics such as IoT initiatives and the differences in management between Japan and Germany.

Although the time was short, there was much to learn from each other, making it a fulfilling exchange. We look forward to welcoming you again.
