Internship for High School Students

On November 7th and 8th, we held a two-day internship program for two high school students.

On the morning of the 7th, after receiving safety training in the Tooling Department (a department responsible for designing, manufacturing, and maintaining press molds), the students created designs of anime characters using CAD software.
In the afternoon, they transferred the CAD data to the laser cutting machine, which was used to cut and process stainless steel plates to create smartphone stands.
 

On the morning of the 8th, the students visited one of our customers with the Sales Department, where they observed the assembly process of products.
In the afternoon, they worked in the Tooling Department, where they used a 3D printer to create keychains and participated in practical exercises on mold disassembly and assembly.
 

I believe the two days were a valuable experience for the high school students.
I hope this experience will be useful for their future career choices.
